為配合閣下不同的煮調方式及用餐需要，我們除了供應預先切好的羊排外，亦為閣下預備了這款來自大草原的天然草飼及走地7支骨BB羊架。法式切割法是將肋骨末段1吋的肉與筋膜去除，除令外觀上更能吸引食家外，除去多餘的脂肪及難於咀嚼的筋膜亦令各位能更享受羊架的滋味，也能讓食家以肋骨當作手柄使用，方便進食。

Baby Lamb Rack is renowned for its lamb produce and the French cut lamb rack is easily the most popular cut in the Hong Kong market. Buy the whole rack (usually around 7 chops per rack) or have us cut a few chops out for you (individual chops come in pairs), whichever fits best for your catering needs. Either way, the French cut, where the membrane and meat between the bones have been removed, makes it convenient for you to just grab it by the bone. Best serve with English mint jelly !!
